he Welch Family represents a brand
new look at good old music, featuring close family harmonies and tasteful
acoustic instrumentation. The group is made up of Lonnie and Mary Welch along
with their children, Josh, Kristin, and Sarah. Their selections range from
fresh interpretations of classic hymns to contemporary songs to traditional
tunes. Though their songs may span styles,
their message is consistently Christian in keeping with their overarching
desire to use their musical talent to share the gospel.
